It is the customer’s responsibility to control the privacy of their own accounts. This includes keeping your usernames, passwords and personal information protected. Any information given for online registrations or subscriptions is strictly at the customers own risk.
CommunityNET WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SECURE THE PRIVACY OF THE CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT. WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE SECURITY OR PRIVACY OF ANY INFORMATION PASSING THROUGH OUR SERVICES.
THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS CommunityNET FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE CUSTOMERS USE OF PORNOGRAPHIC, THREATENING OR OBSCENE MATERIAL, OR ANY MATERIAL DEFAMING ETHNIC, RELIGIOUS OR CIVIC AFFILIATION. THIS CAN RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE CUSTOMER’S HOME PAGE SERVICE.
Suspension or termination of service may incur if the customer violates the rules outlined in this agreement, including but not limited to delinquent payments, any activity which may be harmful to CommunityNET or others, and spamming.
CommunityNET does NOT disclose, trade, or sell any personal information of our customers to third parties without the consent of the customer, through a valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order or search warrant), or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others. CommunityNET also reserves the right to investigate unlawful activity that may harm CommunityNET’s network or the Internet.
CommunityNET servers may automatically gather the following information: time of call initiation, length of call, number called, and server port connected. CommunityNET does not use that information except in the aggregate.
CommunityNET does not read or disclose to third-parties private e-mail communications that are transmitted using CommunityNET's services, except as required to operate the e-mail service or as otherwise authorized by law.
CommunityNET will provide any account information to the customer regarding their own account. CommunityNET will do whatever it takes to provide accurate information or correct inaccurate information at the customer’s request.
